We advise that you obtain written clearance of planning permission from your local planning authority at the earliest stage of your project, and this is something that we are able to do for you.
Building Control
All our buildings are designed to comply with current building regulations and we are happy to liaise with your local authority building control department or use a contracted consultant building inspector throughout the process.
Structural Engineering
We employ independent structural engineers to verify our oak barns. They design the foundations and provide the necessary calculations to support the design for onward submission to building control.

Upfold Construction will undertake the construction of retaining walls and boundary fencing, any associated driveway modifications and installation of fencing and gates, as part of the project; all finished in a material of your choice.
