Upfold Construction Ltd was established in 2009 by James Upfold. James identified the need of clients for a general building contractor with a professional approach to the construction phase of their projects. As well as running their own projects, Upfold Construction works alongside Surrey Oak Barns Limited, a company of which James is also Managing Director and who has, for many years, successfully constructed oak framed buildings, extensions and domestic dwellings.
We offer a professional, seamless and multi-trade service, for all domestic and commercial projects from garaging, extensions, renovation, refurbishment and maintenance to fully finished houses, all tailored to meet our clients’ specific requirements. Our projects range from £40k to £1m.
James has over 30 years’ industry experience having previously worked for major construction organisations alongside some of the country’s leading architectural practices. As a member of The Chartered Institute of Building James has met the professional criteria required for Upfold Construction to achieve Chartered Building Company status, which it achieved in 2010. This award identifies those businesses committed at a professional level to quality of product and service, integrity of conduct and concern for clients’ needs.
As a team our knowledge and expertise is derived from most industry sectors and architectural styles, enabling its to offer a complete construction service from conception to completion. In turn this supports clients’ professional teams to deliver the project aims and aspirations to the highest standard.
